Adam Mossberg
Director of Project Management & Founder
Adam oversees all project coordination, scheduling, and client communication from preconstruction through final delivery. With deep expertise in ground-up commercial construction and historic renovation, he brings a thorough understanding of every phase of the build process — from early budgeting to closeout.
Over his career, Adam has delivered projects totaling more than $55 million in contract value, consistently meeting or beating both schedule and budget. His clients rely on him to manage the details, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving with purpose and precision.
Wally Duran
Director of Field Operations & Co-Founder
Wally leads all on-site operations, directing crews and subcontractors with a hands-on approach that keeps quality and safety at the forefront of every project. His deep familiarity with the full scope of construction — from structural work through mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — gives him the technical fluency to manage complex builds with confidence and precision.
With extensive experience running projects valued more than $50 million, Wally brings a rare combination of field-level expertise and project-wide perspective. That experience translates directly into better coordination, fewer surprises, and consistently strong results for clients.
Melvin Argueta
Director of Service & Co-Founder
Melvin serves as the dedicated point of contact for client support, warranty coordination, and post-project service. His responsiveness and commitment to follow-through ensure that every client feels supported long after the work is complete — turning completed projects into lasting partnerships.
